    I need to be accountable for the first bad thing I have been guilty of this month! and that was the lack of constraint I had at a Christmas function last night! which I normally am ok at! but last night I must say I think the word is I let my hair down way too much!! and it was not the best night of Joel behaved life. The way I behaved! I was not extremely naughty but my behaviour at times was not the best at times! And though I don’t drink! to be social I had a few sparkling wines!!! this made me just worse! and I thought to myself this morning!! why did you do it!!. To make things worse my partner was with me! so goodness knows what she thought!.

    I have already taken my pants down today and put myself over the bed and given myself 50 good hard spanks across the bear bottom with the leather paddle and will give my self another 50 with the wooden spoon tonight and wash my mouth out with soap in the shower and then as Extra Punishment! I will be putting my sore behind in my tight jeans and sit on that hard bench in the corner for 30 minutes before going to bed tonight.

    Just letting you know I completed the rest of the punishment really gave my mouth the soap treatment! gave my behind a good dose of the wooden spoon with another hard 50 swats across my bear bottom on the bed! and I am still wearing those tight jeans! that really hold the sting and heat of that spanking in, and after 30 minutes on the bench in the corner its a challenge. My partner does not think I was that bad and said she is proud of me all the same but I think it is important to have good discipline all the same and I think my behaviour was not good enough! but I am a perfectionist.

    So in all for my social behaviour that needs correcting I did the following

    1)50 Swats across the bear bottom on the bed with leather paddle.
    2)50 Swats across the bear bottom on the bed with wooden spoon.
    3)Mouth washed out with soap in shower.
    4)30 Minutes in the Corner in tight jeans.
    Please Miss Jessica let me know if you wish me to punish myself further.

    Thank you once more fore your advice Miss Jessica! I think I dealt with my behaviour well the other day to pay for what I did the other night.

    Other than some silly behaviour that night, that I have punished myself for my behaviour has been quite good thus far this week and have had improvements! so we shall have to see how I go this week! And it Sunday Maintenance Spanking with 15 Swats across the bear behind with the leather paddle in the Morning thanks to your good advice Miss Jessica.

    This Sunday morning I pulled down my pants, and underpants! and bend over my desk and gave my self the normal Maintenance Spanking of 15 hard swats across my bear bottom with the leather paddle! then as extra maintenance spanking as my behaviour at the start of the week was not so great! and I felt I needed more maintenance Spanking for improvement! I gave myself 10 more hard swats’ on the bear bottom bending over the desk with the wooden spoon.

    Though the extra spoon spanks did sting my behind a lot! it always feels worth it at the end, and I feel much better with myself for the rest of the day! and it helps’ me to stay focused, on what I need to get done and keeping a good positive attitude is important to me.

      I am a regular binge drinker (over 5 drinks), the 100 swats have been administered. I’m not sure if it’s severe enough to modify my behavior. Whenever I drink too much what should my punishment be and should the increase over time.

    My names Joel, I’m a regular on this site needing discipline too! can I give you some helpful advice! that may be able to help you out a bit! though I don’t drink due to my Arthritis these days! except I did have a few wines at a function at a Christmas function! which I punished my self for!!! any how that’s me not you.

    I live in Australia! which is Football mad! and the same thing goes’ on here every weekend! lots of guys’ get together on the weekend! during the AFL and RNL Season! and the Esky comes out! full of ice Beer’s and mixed alcoholic drinks!! and before you know it ! All of you guys, are all very merry indeed around the TV, watching the game! of the day, This happens every weekend! like some sort of religion in this country! I know this goes on in England, in the pubs with their Premer Football league and in Europe! and I know that American Football is taken just as serious! so it looks like we are on the same page!!.

    Though I don’t see this behaviour as good enough! or accountable! as never do you as you have brought it too Miss Jessica’s attention! here is a tip that may both be able to help you on the weekend! be able to help you! A) save your pocket! B) save your liver and kidneys and brain cells and B) your behind from another hiding.

    It is the Weekend! and you have worked hard all week! and it time to enjoy Saturday or Sunday game of the day with a cool drink watching the Football with the family or some of your fav friends. Problem has been in the past that six pack once you first sat on your nice comfortable comfy Thrown! one ice cold beer! went down just so nice that that turned into another to another to another until their goes a six pack of full strength beer gone! just like that! am I correct. To get away from this mistake in the future to cut back on your habit you can try this…..

    Buy only light Beer! and only a six pack at a time! for your Esky or Fridge! No carton! let friends bring their own to put in the Esky or Fridge .

    Also go into the supermarket and buy non alcoholic Beer! in 6 packs as well! and mix them in the mix in your Esky at home your mates wont know the difference.

    Second buy bottles of soda water! and bottles of water! Orange juce etic as well and Ice tea etc! (another trick to help you drink less) to put in your Esky Fridge at home! as well so that you consume during the day and night just as much water as you do booze!!. This will help you stay focused during the day! sober! and hydrated which means no hangover which is all a hangover is.

    Lastly to make sure you do follow through with your weekend plan! do what I would do, bend over the table! drop your pants’ and underpants, and give your self a Maintenance self spanking with an item! that will sting your behind so bad that it will send the message home for you to follow through with all the above! around 20 swats across your beat behind does the trick for me.

    Keep Miss Jessica up to date! one thing for sure! if you don’t get control you can expect a sore behind from Miss Jessica.

    Last night I gave my self my first 50 strokes with the thin stinging hooked cane last night! across my bear behind for the four day punishment for being rude to you! and I also washed my mouth out with a bar of soap in the shower! and gave my self half an hour of corner time in tight jeans on a bench! will do the same tonight, Wednesday and Thursday along with normal Maintenance Spanking Program.

    I find as I give myself the Maintenance first thing in the morning! even though my bottom is tender from the caning! it is still bearable to do the maintenance and then I give myself the good caning at night! so I am staying true to my discipline and routine! to my self! as it for my own good! I also have a sore mouth from all the soaping.

    As I keep saying I have learnt my lesson Miss Jessica.

    I hope you don’t mind! But try this little trick! I once had a bit of a drink issue when I was in my early 20s! and a naughty then! and I have been a self spanker for years as well as seeing Mistresse’s for years’! but sometimes spanking alone does not cut it.

    If you really do want to limit your self to two beers! or stop drinking all together! like I did! and cant help but reach for that third can, or bottle! then the third can, crack it open! add a dash of lemon juice, lime to it, and 5 drops, of tabasco, to it and make sure you drink it all! I would then get out a wooden spoon or paddle and give yourself 100 spanks across your bear bottom with the wooden spoon! or paddle and repeat if you crack open a fourth and so on every time you open and drink another drink from then on! if you feel like going on that is!! it worked for me year’s ago! give it ago.

    • Thank You Joel for the suggestion.

      Since I wasn’t home the tabasco and lemon would work, but keeping count of how many drinks I exceeded my limit of 3 drinks and then give myself 100 spanks on my bare bottom for each drink I go over might be a proper punishment. I might spread it out to 100 a day. So if I exceeded my limit by three drinks I would give myself 100 swats for the next three days. Since I exceeded my limit 3 times over the last two weeks I would need get a final total.

      Miss Jessica would this be an acceptable punishment in your opinion Would increasing the spanks by 10% over 100 for each drink over my limit be in order. So that day two would be 110 spanks day three would be 120 and so on. I would love to hear any suggestion or comments that you might have.

    Last Tuesday I spanked myself 100 with the bath brush, Wednesday 110 with the thick rubber conveyor belt strap. That was for the first offense.
    The second offense was having 5 beers over my limit. Friday was 100 with the strap, Saturday was 110 with the bath brush. Sunday 120 with the hair brush.
    Monday and Tuesday will be 130 with the strap and 140 with the bath brush.

  15. Hello Miss Jessica. I have some misdemeanors. Today I was rude with a woman. She is not my girlfriend. She is my acquaintance. Next I haven’t cleaned my house for one week and I have been late for my work. Also I was watching porn and masturbating.
    I have a leather belt, a large wooden hairbrush and a rubber jump rope. If it’s not difficult I’d like to get instructions in detail: ofcourse implement, dress, position and etc. Ofcourse I need something else, but I understand you’re busy and there are many students.

    It’s Joel not sure what’s happening with Miss Jessica but I am sure there is a reason she has not been able to get in contact with us the last week or so! and she will be onto us soon. Mean time my best advice is for us to self discipline ourselves as best as we can and have been doing! keep logging as and reporting just like I do! and you are starting to do! which is great and let Miss Jessica know everything that you do that is good! Vs Bad.

    Don’t forget the Good! As in the long run! improvement is a sign of progress! and that is what you are aiming to achieve remember! with your online Mistress, in the long run with improving your drinking habits over time! even if at time’s I know it seems things are low and negative when you fail and have to report on your on going screw ups!! Mistress has to give you a lecture and a assigned hard spankings and off you go!! but keep that positive picture and thoughts in your head! and don’t let the demon devil in the bottle get the better of you!     Great that you are ok I was concerned about you! and I understand as you will read from my unread posts! as I know you do this on the side with a very busy demanding Mistress schedule! and then there is family.

    I also have a girlfriend, a big family despite no children! and a physical Mistress! I see every few weeks! for discipline who travels all over the place! she is always busy and I am always concerned about her too. Just to let you know I have sent you my Accountability Report in the Accountability section for April! and you will also have a load of reports and photos of the new boot item and my well spanked bottom. I also like to idea of developing a Mistress! Coach Discipline Sports and fitness program! this is an area in which we could both work on and develop as I work in and I am qualified in that area as well! so it could work for me and also other wanting to improved wait loss, personal performance and fitness as well as the added Mistress Discipline touch on the end! does that not sound new and fantastic.

    On that note I stepped in and helped out with a few respondents wanting your advice! I know I can help in my own way! just whilst you had been sorting things out your end! as a middle person.

    I guess you could look at it a bit like making it the class room! you are the teacher of course! and make me the (Head Student) that in your absence cant punish students unless you give me the permission of course to give out correction! however when you are absent or cant work with certain students or punish them for their latest offence I can also give them good advice! and help to better them in their life issues! as often that is what the punishments!! often come down to. In that sense Miss Jessica that is a way in which I am still one of your students of Discipline in need of your on going correction! and still be able to step into the shoes as mediator when you need me to do so for others on here that need help. Remember I am a trained Tutor, Coach, Mentor and Life Coach! in many different things and I know all about working with and helping others do better and improve their lives! as well as my own.

    PS I see my Mistress the Second time this month tomorrow afternoon Friday the 19th May in which this time I get photos taken to send to you! and then I have a third appointment with her at the end of the month on the last Tuesday of this Month on the 30th May.
