How to push yourself for more in self-spanking

Stopping the spanking before you feel any real pain is a problem for many who self-spank. Here are some tips for breaking past the barrier:

1. Give yourself multiple shorter self-spankings rather than one long spanking. In my experience, 4 ten minute spankings with ten to twenty minute breaks inbetween is more effective than one 30 minute session. You could also try this little self-spanking ritual to really give it a punitive feel.

The breaks increase your resolve to spank just as hard the next time. You don’t get burned out too soon the way you would with a longer session.

2. Relieve yourself sexually before you start to self-spank. When you’re horny, your pain tolerance is high. If the goal of your self-spanking is to approximate the treatment a disciplinarian might give you, have a sexual release prior to beginning your spanking. This will lower your pain threshold and you won’t have to go so long before starting to feel it.

3. Give yourself rewards. Telling yourself you can do X, Y or Z only AFTER you’ve given yourself a certain number of smacks, or spanked yourself for a certain amount of time, can provide that extra motivation. Of course, it works a lot better if you have someone to hold you to it, but even internal accountability can help push you.

4. Coat your butt with mineral oil. It will make the smacks sting more, but it will also let you last longer before seeing any visible results. The spanks will be more painful, AND you’ll be able to spank yourself longer before you start to mark up…. two for one! This trick works best if you seal the moisture in by coating your wet behind after stepping out of the shower.

5. Set up a special day and time for your self-spanking. Don’t just do it whenever you feel like it. Instead, build anticipation by assigning a certain day of the week and time for regular spankings. To further add to the dynamic, wear special attire (specially designated “punishment panties,” costumes, or anything else that makes you feel decliciously naughty) during your sessions.

6.Relinquish control by following a disciplinarian’s directives. The single most effective way to push yourself when inflicting your own disciplinary spankings is to follow the directives of a strict disciplinarian. I deliver telephone-directed spankings to my naughty spankees on a weekly basis. Chances are good that I’ll make you take your disciplinary self-inflicted punishments seriously!

  1. Ms Jessica, have you ever considered publishing a podcast here? I think it would be very helpful to me and others to have a directed self spanking to push ourselves past the point that we want to stop. I know I need spanked hard but is very difficult for me to do even with following the instructions you’ve laid out here.


  2. Miss Jessica, the problem I have with self-spanking is how to keep spanking with hard swats after it starts to really sting and hurt. Sure I set a number of swats for a given offense, but how do I make #25 hurt as much as #2 or #3 did? Suggestions are eagerly awaited.
